You may order by mail if you do not want to provide your credit card information via the Internet.
Your order must include:
Your full name.
Street number and name.
City/Town, state, and zip code.
Your phone number.
All information must be printed clearly or typed.
Specify the Special Reports you are ordering.
Special Report No. 1 cost $18.85 plus P/H $4.10 for a total of $22.95
Special Report No. 2 cost $18.35 plus P/H $3.90 for a total of $22.25
Special Reports No. 1 & 2 cost $30.80 plus P/H $4.95 for a total of $35.75
You could send me a bank cashiers check or a money order. You could send a personal check---it may take longer to clear my bank.
Your order will be mailed to you via USPS First Class after your payment has cleared my bank.
